Shipping & Handling

Policy Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS, unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. (Restrictions Apply: Pre-Sale Items)Since Livelyview is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages, you would need to contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 and provide your tracking details. If USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with them.

Payment Processing

We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal, and Afterpay. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as “Livelyview.”

Pre-Orders

Because our merchandise is created on the African continent – Pre-Orders may be an option for our customers. Our Pre-Order process allows customers to order items that are not currently in stock. This allows exclusive access to Livelyview.com new arrivals. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. *Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur as your merchandise is shipped from the “The Mother Continent”.*
